The Margarita project consists of two newly constructed photovoltaic self-consumption installations for two well-known hotels in Cádiz. Unlike other projects, the developer has advanced the entire investment for the construction, so the financing will allow part of this advance to be released. This characteristic gives the project a great advantage since the construction risk has been eliminated.

A unique investment opportunity in the form of Crowdlending,a loan for a maximum term of 5 years with annual repayment and an interest rate of 7% per year.

The project also has solid guaranteesthat ensure the investment:

• Pledge on the credit rights arising in favor of the Developer of the project (includes income under the PPA -Power Purchase Agreement-, compensation, refunds and possible subsidies, etc.).
• Pledge on the income in the Project account (flows derived from the sale of electricity, both under the PPA and in the sale of surpluses to the network).
• Joint and several bond of Fatecsa, S.A.

Each year, you will receive the interest and gradually recover part of the invested capital.
