Who do we communicate your data to?

Although it is not a data transfer, to provide you with the requested service, third-party companies such as the payment entity LemonWay, who act as our suppliers, may access your information to carry out the service we have contracted with them. Likewise, your personal information will be available to Public Administrations, Judges, and Courts, to respond and comply with any potential liabilities arising from the processing.

International data transfers

With our suppliers, we have agreed that, for the provision of the contracted services, they use servers located in the EEA, and if, in the future, we need to use servers located outside the EU territory, appropriate measures will be taken, which will be incorporated into this Privacy Policy, ensuring that such suppliers are under the Privacy Shield agreement or that other adequate guarantees exist.
